    Hi

Wondering if it’s possible to get the code / instructions on how to ask the Add a Question function pop-up from this theme -> https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/product/beachwear-vintage/

And copy it to my current theme (in a custom block position).

See image of what I mean here -> https://i.imgur.com/uAqd2IV.png

Login info is in private if its easier for you to add a custom block for me – if not please clarify how it is achieved.

    Thanks

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

The mentioned demo uses Elementor, but you are using WPBakery, so there is no option to just copy/paste content.
We’ve created a new static block on your site “Ask An Expert”, you can edit it depending on your needs and set on single product page. Here are settings from the demo – https://prnt.sc/T0YArN-za5d9 https://prnt.sc/_t9Gq6iAjjEy https://prnt.sc/0oRv3O0cBVKK https://prnt.sc/LQoHOOiU4Orh

We’ve checked your galvanised-steel-box-profile-roofing-sheet-32-100 product, the popup works fine. You need to clear cache to be able to see the result.

Please do not mix different topics/questions altogether, to prevent misunderstanding.

Yes I fixed it – sorry was doing it whilst you checked.
