Elementor Pro Pop-up can not be created if XStore theme is activated

Hello,
we use Elementor 3.8.1 and XStore 8.3.7.
If we go to Elemetnor -> Tempaltes -> add new and we add a pop-up Template, the overlay is completely missing and the pop-up is displayed underneath the footer.

If we disable XStore theme everything is working fine.
How can we fix this? I want to use a Elementor Pro Pop-up.

Credentials and Url is added to the private content area.

Hello,

Could you record a video of the desired/correct behavior?
Provide FTP access also.

Hi Rose,

i double checked the login credentials. Its working fine.
In your screenshot i can see that you try to open a TLS connection. Please use a normal FTP connection without encryption like TLS. Please use the password without an space character.

Hi rose,
i can see that you use Port 990. Please use default port 21 for FTP.
The server only allows FTP and not FTPS (with TLS).

We can’t connect FTP still, please provide a screenshot of your settings from FileZilla.
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshot and share the link here.

We can’t connect still, so we’ve fixed the problem with the popup on our test site. You can wait for the next update or re-upload ethemeParallaxFloatingEffect.min.js file via FTP wp-content\themes\xstore\js\modules folder.

Can i ask you, from what country you are connecting?
i will ask the provider if there is any restriction.

i will upload the file and check if its working.
