hello there
i was posting before about this issue

and it was fixed and everything is ok but when i check on my phone it doesnt look good , looks stretched and so tall which look so bad for customers , how i can keep the aspect ratio on phone ? i just need it to look like a banner not take all this tall

i also need your recommendation for these things
– loyal points , customer take points when he make a purchase or invite a friend by link
– translate the website what’s your choice to do that

There is no issue like you explain I have checked your site on my personal mobile phone it appears just fine as you can see in this video: https://streamable.com/jmiyfr

1- Regarding the loyal points, thing is the theme doesn’t provide this kind of functionality you cannot make it from the theme options. You can use any third-party plugin for this at your own risk.

https://prnt.sc/zIyW2rSuY4fI i dont need this header slider be tall like this on phone display i just need it to be the same raito on desktop or i can customize it just for phone like i need it specifically size for mobile look
because slider reevaluation is too hard to deal with and i’m in very low frame time so i need it to be look normal on phone like desktops

i did not but was issue with dbs and all sorted now try with the same nothing changed

there’s something else i face right now on the theme i dont know how to sort it out ,
i’ve trying to make a landing page which is very basic thing to do so
i used to do it from here ” Templates > Landing Pages ”
and the page i’ve made was taking long link so i edit it normally after i customize it with elementor and i made the link looks like this in private i just edit the link after i finish the landing
that was yesterday
today i was access it but when i try to continue to do edits , i dont see it anywhere
i can’t even reach it again i dont know how and why it become like this but i may do this issue when i change the link of it , i can’t find it now on pages or posts or even landing pages , where else it should be ?

About the Slider, strange, but we can’t edit your Home page, so check settings of the Slides element by yourself > https://prnt.sc/MZ7EATW29pfk and set height for mobile, also check available settings for background image on mobile – https://prnt.sc/aNQ6ClvGTcwH
