You can added the code into xstore-child/functions.php via FTP, or install any Snippet plugin and add your code in one of the snippets

There is no code for this or settings, but you can try to activate Advanced Mode For The Product Categories Widget in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Categories
Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout layout > Use Header Builder > On. Only this option is available.

First of all, try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

It was not solved in the update, because there is no this problem in our test sites, it is something that we can see on your site only.
Our dev will look at this on your site, please open FTP, and let us know.

2/ This text comes from XStore, so you can use translation files to change it. Install and activate the Loco Translate plugin > create a translation for XStore theme > change English text and disable the Loco plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
When you will need to change the text back, activate Loco plugin and do this, or just delete translation files.

It will be avialible in 9.1 theme version.
For now, you can update the theme to 9.0 version, then update Core plugin, and provide us with FTP access, then we will be able to upload file of that header manually for you.

We didn’t have any questions about such SMPT configuration with our builder but you should provide us information of how it is working without our email builder. Do you have some special templates on your server which are sending with some timeout ? You should know that we provide our email builder mostly for WooCommerce default templates which are created with some special structure with having specific actions & filters for which we apply own actions you build inside the builder. Please, provide us information where are those emails you want to send using SMPT and how did it work without builder ?
