Js error on products only – Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #

    Hi,

    Please see private info – having an issue in inspector tool where an error is always persistent in any product.

    Any ideas what this is and how to resolve it?

    Hello,

    Please provide URL of the product page also.

    First of all, try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    Yes I have tried that and no luck – see private for product page link and login access.

    Please keep anything showing my site in private.

    Hi,

    At first sight, the situation is independent of our theme.
    Please check how it works 1/ with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. 2/ How it works with the parent XStore theme.

    Hello,

    Did you do tests with Storefront theme activated and then the with parent theme? Please let me know the result.

    No, of course I haven’t as that is utterly futile. I need the plugins. It’s not the plug-ins. I know that much.
