Categories Widget Sorting Settings & Modifications

Hi support team,

I’m using the categories widget (in the shops sidebar) on the shops categories pages and it has two or a few sorting options but we are not quite satisfies with it. We would like to make the categories list show the first menu item from the top the active categorie just to avoid confusion while browsing products. Is there a simple CSS fix or edit to enable or configure this?

Hello,

There is no code for this or settings, but you can try to activate Advanced Mode For The Product Categories Widget in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Categories
