We believe that the issue you are experiencing is likely due to caching settings. Deactivating the cache plugin did not help, but it is possible that the cache is stored on your server or in files that do not require the activation of a specific plugin.

We kindly ask that you contact your hosting provider to clear all caches that are activated on your website. After that, please recheck the issue.

As an additional idea, we could remove the folders of minification css/js and check again, but for this we would need your FTP access (which you can provide us in the private content area). However, we suggest that you first try the steps we have outlined above.

Thank you for testing our Estimated Delivery Time functionality. We appreciate your feedback and the plugin you provided for us to review and evaluate its capabilities. However, we must inform you that it is not possible to create a perfect solution that meets the needs of every customer.

Before developing the Estimated Delivery Time feature, we tested multiple plugins to evaluate the most popular options. We did not find any option for specifying shipping times in any of the plugins, including the one you provided for testing. Given that this feature is not included in free plugins or even paid ones, we anticipate that this could lead to many customer questions, as we are already seeing with the initial testing of this feature in our Estimated Delivery Time.

We will do our best to test and analyze each of the items you have provided to us, but we cannot guarantee that this will not cause new issues. If the implementation of this functionality results in further bugs, we will have to consider not implementing it due to the time and resources required to address these issues.

In some cases, additional customization may be required to ensure that the theme and plugin work together. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We can see that the theme is not currently activated on your site.

If your Home page and other pages use the same header, there is no need to use Multiple headers, so the custom header can be deleted via Theme Options.

Our theme is fully compatible with Elementor, but if you are using Header and Footer plugin for Elementor plugin and Elementor Pro plugin, it would be best to contact their support for further assistance.

Regarding the cache plugin, there is no need to use it while making changes to the site. We recommend activating it after the changes have been completed.

Once you have reactivated XStore, please let us know and we will do our best to investigate the issue with the header further and provide assistance.

From the fatal-errors-2023-01-13-f77793e2670d59e81198dae726b21490.log, it appears that the errors are coming from third-party plugins. We recommend reaching out to the support for the plugins mentioned in the log for assistance.

We have also checked several single product pages on your site and do not currently see the fatal error. Have you been able to resolve the issue?
