I checked the plugin for help and found this…..
However on our site when we follow the process – and then try to click the invoice download button for orders pre the date of activating the plugin – the PDF invoice does not work. Please see video attached.Theme version: 9.02 WooCommerce version: 7.2.2

We suggest that you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check the log file with the most recent date. This may help to identify what needs to be fixed.
We also recommend that you test the problem with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
