    Hi there,
I need your help with two things.
    1. I have foung from “Translate texts on admin screens” and translated the promo text using WPML but it doesn’t work in front end. It shows the English text in both languages.
    2. The same with the first tab “Product Information” inside products.

    Can you help?
    Thanks

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

    1/ About static block – https://prnt.sc/Y3y57E2hWWRm , please read this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/31-translation-with-wpml
2/ WPML > Theme and plugins localization > Strings in the themes and Strings in the plugins > scan XStore theme and Core plugin, then find and translate strings via String Translation.
If this doesn’t help, contact support of WPML plugin.

    Regards

    Hi,

    1. I asked for the Promo text – https://prnt.sc/r0SLTpESC3F-, not the html block on header bottom – https://prnt.sc/Cus9fTn-aZGQ
If you check on string translations you will see I have translated both.

    2. Again, I have translated the term – https://prnt.sc/cxk4NzMT7ztK , but it doesn’t work on front-end. So is it for sure a WPML issue?

    Thanks

    Hello,

1/ Header Builder > Multiple headers > create a custom header and set it for all pages of a particular language. In the settings of headers, Promo text and other elements will be different depending on the language of the header.
2/ Your screenshot is from string translation, but I am talking about Theme and plugins localization.
Please contact the support of WPML first, and let us know their answer.

    Regards

I have 4000 products, I can’t create a custom header for each of them.

    Hello, Ziga32,

It seems, there is a misunderstanding, “all pages” – means 1 condition for the custom header. Please reply back in your topic and provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area – https://www.8theme.com/topic/header-not-translating-some-strings-with-wpml/#post-344145 , so we can create an example for you.

    Best Regards,
