RTL issues + WPML – I cannot find the strings

    Hello,

    I have WPML and follow your installation guide.

    How and where should I change this strings as from the picture:

    P.S: I tried to follow them at the WPML string with no success

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
    1/ Please check the translation of XStore Core plugin.
    2/ Check translation of the theme
    3/ Default WooCommerce widget Products categories, so check translation of WooCommerce.
    Also, go to Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On. Then go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop page sidebar > make sure the widget is added to the sidebar and edit the title of the categories widget.

    I am starting at number 1 – translation of XStore Core plugin

    I found the file: xstore-core.pot
    at – et-core-plugin\languages

    I edit with poedit and named it:
    xstore-core-he.pot

    Then upload it to:
    plugins/et-core-plugin/languages

    I dont see it changing. Am I doing something wrong?

    Strings of Core plugin should be available for translation via WPML > string translation.
    Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    I uploaded 2 files to theme and plugin
    xstore-core-plugin-he_IL.mo
    xstore-he_IL.mo

    I dont find anything in the wpml string.
    Please help me

    Is there a restriction by ip or something else? Contact your hosting provider and ask for assistance.
    Do you have any errors in the server error log?

    We attempted to log in to your admin but were unsuccessful. However, we were able to recreate the untranslated strings on our localhost. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

    1/ Go to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization
    2/ Scroll a bit down and find Strings in the plugins section then choose XStore Core and click the scan button -> https://prnt.sc/H9dFlvtkNq5R
    3/ Please, wait until all strings will be found.
    4/ After scanning you will see something like on next image -> https://prnt.sc/UwLq0Ek8b1KY
    5/ Go to WPML -> String Translations and search for strings you missed before -> https://prnt.sc/vaImvKWDrvKr
