This means that a webpage viewed with AMP looks like a mobile application to facilitate the user experience and doesn’t look exactly the same as how the original page would appear on a desktop or laptop.

“where would we need to go for this?” – edit the static block using Elementor > check settings there. We will be able to say where exactly you set the margin only after checking the settings and only after you provide temporary wp-admin access. If you do not want to provide access, you need to check by yourself where the margin was added.

The translation should be done for the parent theme, and it will be automatically inherited by the child theme.
The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in child theme that includes localization functions.

Main language you can select in Dashboard > Settings > Site language.

If you want to create a multilanguage site you need a special plugin for these purposes https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ Support of the plugin should guide you. The plugin will give a language switcher widget also.

Without temporary wp-admin access, we can’t provide you with a solid answer, because we can’t check your settings. But we’ve created a screenshot from the browser console, you can find it in the Private Content area. You need to find where you set the mentioned 160px margin and remove it.

We tried to add some CSS fixes in your Theme Options but it seems that you have CDN ( https://prnt.sc/F8Rd9UFeq__e ) that not allows to see changes at once. Example: https://prnt.sc/iSvRyEbP_tpZ
Could you please, deactivate your CDN first and clear it’s cache ? so we could see changes at once and try to figure out this issue for you.

P.S. As one of the workaround you can activate the Zoom option (https://prnt.sc/NhDzlhN-s-Xa) but hide Zoom image with the next custom CSS:

.zoom-on .main-images img.zoomImg {
    display: none !important;
}

It may help to solve the issue on IOS devices.
