XSTORE Theme not Compatible with Polylang?

Hi,

I have Xstore theme. Actually this is my second xstore theme. I downloaded the Polylang plugin to be able to use my last purchased theme in two languages but the “display menu location” is not visible in the menu section. I am leaving your photo in the attachment. I wait your help and have a nice day.

Hello,

We use header builder to create header and you choose the menu by yourself in the Menu element settings. To create header for the other language use the Multiple headers option and conditions to show the header for the other lang, choose different menus for different headers. Header builder > Mobile menu > select menu, do this for multiple headers

Do you use a child theme? Please provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access, we will try to help you using custom code in functions.php of the child theme.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

thank you. Technical support in xstore is outstanding. The fix has been made by the special support team in xstore. xstore is already compatible with Polylang. Also, on a single product page, everyone can create multi-language columns with Polylang. The xstore template is the first in the world, there is no competitor yet

In the past, I used the wpml plugin, which is a very heavy plugin and causes fatal errors. I found the Polylang plugin to be very lightweight and compatible with Loco Translate. The integration with XSTORE Theme is 100%.

And also advice. Make sure to buy the product from the special store in Polylang. There is a hidden secret. After installing and subscribing to the xstore template, go and buy Polylang. Technical support will add a special add-on that is not shown, which is the compatibility of product pages with multi-languages, such as standardized reviews and others. This file is added by Polylang support to avoid piracy. And thanks everyone
