    We provide support for XStore theme, but your question is independent of the theme. We want to help you still, so we are trying to explain and give some suggestions:

    – Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with the Google search results as the theme is not responsible for them. We suggest that you contact the support team of WooCommerce (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/) to create a correct sitemap, robots.txt file, and possibly install an SEO plugin (you already installed SEO plugin so support team of the plugin should be able to assist you) for better optimization of your pages, followed by reindexing your site.

    – In our demos, we use Yoast SEO plugin. If you can’t get assistance from Rank Math SEO plugin team, you can try the Yoast SEO plugin.

    Do you use server cache, cache plugin or CDN cache that may be cashing your site menu?

    Does this situation persist when it is not XStore theme is activated on the site?

    We did not edit the code of WPBakery plugin, we provide it as it is from the plugin author.
    We can’t be responsible for compatible with 3rd party plugins on your site.

    You can contact the support of GTM4WP about their compatibility with WPBakery plugin.

    Another way of the plugin update is: Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.

    Hello, @Mazzellla,

    Please go to Header Builder > Main menu > Computed box > change any value > Save. Close Theme Options and check the result on frontend.

    If Theme Options can’t be saved, try to disable all 3rd party plugins and check then. One of the plugins on the site can be the reason for the problem.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.54

    Do you have white/black list on your server or restriction by IP?

    Try to downgrade the PHP version.

    It can be an issue with server settings that are blocking something and causing notifications, so please contact your hosting provider.

    Hello, Jordan,

    We can’t connect to FTP using the credentials that you provided. Please check.

    It appears there may be an issue with your translation settings (there is a fatal error on your video when you click to translate). Please try to reproduce this on a clean setup (and do not rush to create everything, but create and test first).

    Examples from the logs are available in WooCommerce → Status → Log (perhaps you did not select an email type or something else).

    Our brans option was created as a custom post type. For more detail check the following files:
    et-core-plugin/app/controllers/post-types.php
    et-core-plugin/config/post-type.php
    Also, you can check the etheme_single_product_brands() function from xstore/framework/woo.php . Maybe it helps you.

    You can disable our Brands via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Brands.
