Loading style error after saving the menu

    I’m having a problem with Xstore, all the menu styles no longer work, but it’s not a cache problem.

    Hello, @Mazzellla,

    Please go to Header Builder > Main menu > Computed box > change any value > Save. Close Theme Options and check the result on frontend.

    If Theme Options can’t be saved, try to disable all 3rd party plugins and check then. One of the plugins on the site can be the reason for the problem.
    Also, problems in translation can cause problems with Theme Options, for example – https://prnt.sc/rQmt49yG1KL0

    Ok it looks working now, but i added a link to the menu and this link is visible only fr the admin … is it normal ? (the link is : “la good run” in the main menu )

    Do you use server cache, cache plugin or CDN cache that may be cashing your site menu?

    Does this situation persist when it is not XStore theme is activated on the site?

    When we responded last time the menu item was visible for unlogged user via an incognito browser window, now it is not visible.
    We don’t see the reason of the problem right now.
    Please try to remember maybe you did something from that time, so the problem disappeared first and then came back.

    Hello, @Mazzellla,

    We have done the next test: deleted menu from the header at all – https://prnt.sc/If8mp3YSfYqI but in the result, on the frontend, the menu doesn’t disappear, which means there is a cache from CDN that caches the menu state when XStore is activated and changes are not visible. You need to check your CDN settings or contact your hosting provider with this request.
