When you click there it opens editor of the product description. In case you removed the Product Data Tabs Widget, there is no description on a single product page, so you can’t edit something that is not there.
In this case, you can replace the Product Data Tabs Widget by Product content widget https://prnt.sc/Gix1U5WERBzG
