Hello, Filip K,
We appreciate your prompt response.
1/ WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Fatal errors > ” Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded ” – please contact your hosting provider to get assistance with this.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
3/ Should the aforementioned steps fail to rectify the issue, we would request that you provide us with FTP access credentials. This will enable our technician to conduct a more thorough investigation of the problem on your site.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

Hello, Filip K,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that the issue appears to be related to either the redirect settings or a strong server cache that does not recognize changes. Additionally, the same issue persists with the default theme, as evidenced by the screenshot provided: https://prnt.sc/MT51PrHEdIQy
Unfortunately, until these issues are resolved on your end, we are unable to provide further assistance.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
