    Download the XStore Core plugin from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and install it on your site, or provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your site.

    We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve encountered. It appears that something has gone awry. We kindly ask that you first disable 3rd party plugins (including Kirki Customizer Framework plugin) on the site. After that again activate the XStore Core plugin on your site.

    In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

    Please try to import the demo as per your requirement again on your site.

    Ok now is working but some images not loading for example

    Hello, @nedimzidane,

    This is a known situation, not a bug. Images and hierarchy of categories can’t be imported, so you need to manually add images for demo categories, or delete them and add your own product categories.
    Please go to Dashboard > Products > Categories > edit category > add Thumbnail image.

    ok, if i choose this theme can i delete or edit the background with bakery?

    Page builder can be selected when you import the demo https://prnt.sc/NjLWkvDanuBp

    Background color can be changed via Theme Options > Styling.
