Categories menu not replicating to mobile

    I just update it my categories but on the mobile version it only shows 2 , Your help will be much appreciated

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We understand that you have updated your categories, but are experiencing an issue where only two are displayed on the mobile version of your site.

    By default, empty categories are shown there.
    Do you want to show empty categories in the mobile menu? In this case, please provide FTP access, and I will pass your request to someone from our dev team.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    how do I go about getting the categories on the mobile version 🙂

    You did not provide FTP access. Wp-admin access is incorrect.

    Please update the theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update After the update, please clear cache and check the Mobile menu.

    Hi, I have update the theme and core plugin but still shows only 2 categories under mobile on the upper right sandwich menu. please see private

    Could you please inform us about the materials you have submitted in the Private Content section? Additionally, we would like to know if you have had the opportunity to test them.

    1/ https://aylesva.com/my-account/ shows an error when we use the data you provided: ERROR: Email or Password is incorrect.

    2/ We can’t connect FTP:
    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error: Could not connect to server
    Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    For us to proceed efficiently, we require accurate wp-admin and FTP access credentials. Please make sure they are correct before your next answer.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
