I’ve been in web design for 15 + years and I have to admit that as “Nice” as this theme is from a visual point of view and some functionalities…. The issue of modifications not being displayed accordingly once modified is a challenge when designing a site.

We have made modifications and when we review live changes, nothing has changed even with hard cache clean, incognito mode, different browser etc. So, we assume that we have modified the wrong elements. This causes us to go back and correct other sections of the site via the native builder or Elementor.

We then go back and force cache on the site and eventually after a few hours, we find that a huge number of modifications are now visible, and have to go back and investigate several changes previously made which becomes extremely annoying as well as time-consuming.

I see that several people have had this issue and I assume that it’s been answered but for some reason the answers are private.

We purchased this theme 36 hours ago and need a definite fix to this issue. Hopefully, we can get a fix that is permanent so we avoid more time wasting.

PLEASE NOTE: The changes ARE accurate in the builder when we save/publish.

Thank you for any help and fixes.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, Code89,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

In order to solve your issue, Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the site will be done.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi there,

I have been dealing with cache issues for the past 2 days. I disabled all caching plugins, There is some kind of option in the theme dashboard that shows cache active within the theme but cleared all browsers cache and even had host disable server cache to aid in this effort. That worked temporarily for one browser in firefox but not chrome.

Had to shut down pc overnight to see if it would show changes and was able to see changes next day after reboot. I followed using incognito which doesn’t help for me and followed the steps in this topic you already responded to. I went as far as deactiving more than recommended settings in speed optimization theme option area but is getting no change. Massive caching issue preventing me from seeing changes.

    Please assist.

    Thanks
