Please provide temporary wp-admin access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete this account once all questions will be solved.
Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
Do you have the same problem when parent theme is activated?
Please do these tests and let us know the result + provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Which of demo versions do you want to install?
Authors of the Massive addons plugin are working on this issue, but there is no ready solution, right now. You can temporarily disable the plugin, and activate once a new version with the fix will be released.

With the latest version of the theme – 6.3.9.1 and XStore Core – 2.3.9.1v, you should not face any problem with the theme activation, so clear cache and check one more time.
