I cant register my theme - by Dattasmart

I’m trying to activate my theme with the Envato activation code but I can’t. The Register Theme button is disabled.

Please send:

– FTP info (server, username, password, port)

– Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

Hello,

Go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” button to get new versions of the theme and core plugin. Update XStore theme and XStore core plugin to versions 6.3.9.1 and 2.3.9.1. Clear cache and try again.

Download the new theme archive from https://www.8theme.com/downloads
Find theme version 6.3.9.1 and use it instead of the version 6.3.9.

I downloaded the new version, reinstalled WordPress, and I still have the same problem. The button for registration is not enabled.

Hello Dattasmart,

Have you cleared cache? If you are using 6.3.9.1v of the theme and 2.3.9.1v of the Core plugin, but still face the problem with the activation, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check the situation more deeply and help.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete the account once all questions will be solved. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
