Problems with the XStore during the redesign

Hello everyone .. have now bought the second license and ask for help .. I installed the XStore theme and I could change some things according to my needs. However, I can’t find everything .. Eg. I would like my customers not only to enter their email address when registering, but also to register correctly with all the data so that I can use them for Woocommerce. I cannot find such things and have bought some plugins for them and now too many over 600 .- Eur to plugins etc. and all this does not work properly .. I ask someone to help me if possible in German .. My site is now extremely slow .. Thanks ..

Hello,

Thank you for using our theme
We use the default WooCommerce function to show the registration in the popup and My account page with the registration is the default WooCommerce page. So, we don’t have any custom code for the registration to improve it or change. In your case only plugin could help you or additional customization.
We did not study question of the custom registration fields because it’s not related to theme but to the WooCommerce plugin. So, we would recommend you contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ and ask if they could suggest you something that works fine with WooCommerce.

The biggest problem is that my entire page doesn’t look the way it should. Is it possible to see this?
