Do you mean blurry images on the Shop page? It is because images are loaded with 300px width https://prnt.sc/18h1p4a , so go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product images > Thumbnail Width > set 624, then regenerate thumbnails, as mentioned in documentation.

What changes were done before this happens? Have you switched theme or added additional plugins?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.

XStore Core is 3.2.11 version on your site, so you need to use 7.2.11 version of the theme.

We are sorry but XStore is not included in the subscription. We can’t include this theme because it sells in Theme Forest and due to their policy can’t be sold anywhere else. So XStore you can get here – https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 and use it according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard , 1 license for 1 project. There is no “unlimited activations” option.
You can cancel your subscription in the My Account area, we will accept the refund within 2 days.

About purchase codes, contact us by email via from on this page – https://themeforest.net/user/8theme , and we will be able to provide you lists of activations. When you activated XStore on 2 and more sites, the limit can be reset manually only after checking from our side.
