Hello,
Thanks for wp-admin access, but we need FTP access also – FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows.

Hi,
1/ Create a static block with the desired content, then go Theme Options > Header builder > add Newsletter element into the header content and select your block. Here you can find a video about the default header – https://youtu.be/RbdKjQrFnO4

It looks like a cache of some sort. When I am logged in it works fine, but there is a problem via an incognito browser/unlogged user.
Have you cleared all cache (plugin, server, CDN)? Try to temporarily disable caching at all and check one more time.

Hello,
The child theme should not disappear just after the update. Maybe you did something else also.
Read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/
When you switching between child theme and parent theme your widgets and theme options could be different because the child theme does not inherit all theme options of the parent theme and the parent theme does not inherit theme options of the child theme.
If you activate the child theme and settings that come from Theme Options look differently, activate the parent theme back > export theme options (Theme Options > Export/Import) and then import them after switching to the child theme. Widgets should be moved to correct areas at Appearance > Widgets.
