You may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. We’ll develop the area where you’ll be able to manage your activations.
Also, we have added new options for the cart/wishlist/search and mentioned that in our changelog. Unfortunately, it was not possible to add new options and keep the old ones.

1) No. This inconvenience was caused by activation option improvement in this version only.
2) If theme is not activated then you won’t be able to use theme and it will show the default styles.
3), 4) We are working on re-design and improvement of our official site and all these options will be available for the new site. Unfortunately, theme activation was released before the official site update.

As I told you in previous message problem caused by the third-party plugin. You are using Ultimate Addons plugin + the old version of this plugin. It uses the old select2 type. Please, follow my instructions and update the plugin to the version that is compatible with WC (version 3.16.10 as I know).
This is not our theme problem. This is plugin issue and this plugin is not included in our theme, by the way.

Besides, I have enabled default WooCommerce theme and faced the same problem. I can see cart widget drop-down on the home page, for example, http://prntscr.com/f1fsgj (our theme http://prntscr.com/f1fwsz ) but it does not appear on the product page. I can’t even delete products from the cart on the cart page. Something is wrong with your installation. We are able to help in case problem appears with our theme only. But if this option does not work even with default WooCommerce theme I would recommend you ask about this on WooCommerce support forum.

1) We are able to help you with theme settings and features. If you are talking about default WP or WC options you need to be sure that it works with official WP or WC theme. That’s why if shipping problem appears even with Storefront it means that something is wrong with WooCommerce settings and you should check them, for example this one http://prntscr.com/f1fd95 make sure that this option is not enabled.
Also, check the WC documentation once more https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/shipping/ make sure that you have enabled shipping methods. In case nothing helps you need to contact WC support on support forum because we are able to help you only in case problem is caused by our theme files.
2) You can’t just replace files from our theme by default WC files because we made changed in files and many options won’t work if you just replace the files by original WC files. If you are interested you may read the posts how to create woocommerce theme to understand how it works.
3) I think WooPress 3.0 will be released today, we are waiting for approvement from ThemeForest. So, you’ll be able to update theme to version that is compatible with WC 3.0.4.

This code does not work even if you use it with default theme. You may create child theme for the default WP theme and try. WooCommerce made a lot of changes in 3.0 update.
