Hi!
I need to activate static blocks.
However, I can’t find the option in VC as described in your documentation (http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks).
Any idea?

We need access to your WP admin panel to check the issue.

Hello,
You have following warnings in your dashboard :http://prnt.sc/f0w31j
Update all the necessary plugins and theme then see if it is fixed or not.
If not come back to us again.
All updates are done.
I now have static blocks enabled… but lost my cart and search icon in the process (they used to be in the header)!
I also had to deactivate newly installed but unused plugins since they make the website lag a lot.
Hello,
I’m glad that you sorted out.

Hum…
For a reason I can’t explain, static block doesn’t look the same on each pages (https://www.popito.fr/ vs. https://www.popito.fr/index.php/boutique/ for example).
I obviously cleaned the cache and tried it on two computers.
Any idea?
What does that even mean?
These are two different pages.
https://www.popito.fr/ is a full width page.
https://www.popito.fr/index.php/boutique/ is a page with sidebar.
you can set the page layout full width or with side bar in 8theme layout option: http://prntscr.com/f2fipa
It means that I need support which is the exact reason why I’m here…
Let me rephrase it.
I want a full-width pre-footer on all pages (currently, there is only a copyrights bar: footer is under development).
I used a static block. It works as expected on the homepage (https://www.popito.fr/) but not on the shop (https://www.popito.fr/index.php/boutique/).
I understand it happens because of the sidebar. Therefore, since I cannot disable the sidebar on shop pages, is there an alternative way to show a full-width pre-footer on all pages even with a sidebar?
Thanks!
Hello,
It looks like some cache. Could you, please, also provide me FTP access to your site?

Hello,
Yes, it was the cache problem. Check now, please.

Hello,
Renamed the cache folder in wp-content/cache because clear cache button did not work via admin panel.
Regards
Hello,
Keep the Object cache option disabled in cache plugin settings.
