Cart Icon not showing products added - by hdowthwaite

    Hi, when you click an add to cart button on one of the products, the cart icon in the header doesn’t update, so you think it hasn’t been added. When you go to cart the product shows, but this is no good as people will think the product hasn’t been added.

    Problem with add to cart related to your custom script in Newsletter area.

    Remove the script and everything works fine.

    In my shop page, products are not added when user clicks on “añadir al carrito” (add to cart)

    Hello,

    Your server is so slow that we can’t work with the backend of your site to enable/disable some options or even try to install and check the site with default WC theme Storefront because every time we get http://prntscr.com/f151pp and seems server is down.

    Please, check theme requirements http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements and update your server settings according to these requirements. Also, reduce the server respond time at least to 1.5 sec because it’s not possible to work with any WP settings because of this.

    Besides, I have enabled default WooCommerce theme and faced the same problem. I can see cart widget drop-down on the home page, for example, http://prntscr.com/f1fsgj (our theme http://prntscr.com/f1fwsz ) but it does not appear on the product page. I can’t even delete products from the cart on the cart page. Something is wrong with your installation. We are able to help in case problem appears with our theme only. But if this option does not work even with default WooCommerce theme I would recommend you ask about this on WooCommerce support forum.
