Hi i have seen another post regarding this issue, mine is also broken. Brands giving a 404 error.
After upgrading I can revert back to a backup version since i have it set up at hourly increments.

Hello,

Please, update theme to the version 3.12. It’s available on ThemeForest.
Do the backup of theme options before the update (Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > download .json file)
After update disable XStore Core plugin, re-activate theme, then activate XStore core plugin and go to Appearance > Install plugins > update Core plugin.
We have made some improvements for the cart/search/wishlist options in the header https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/update-history/ so, after update very likely you will need to choose the position of these options in theme settings.

Let me know if after that problem with brands still persists and provide admin panel and FTP access.

Hi thanks for that i have adjusted all the following however the brands still doesnt work, also the header isnt working according to the style, I have provided you with admin access ftp thanks

Hello,

many options are disable by default in our latest version.
check these options are enabled or not in the 8theme options panel after the theme update.

Hello,

Check your brands now. By the way, we have added new VC element Brands List and you can show brands list with filter option.
