Can't Activate theme ( Wrong Codes ) Massages for 2 license

Hi
I can not activate license codes ( massages reach limited and wrong Codes ) I have to buy second license to activate for the same domain name but still can not activate
I don’t want to buy 2 license for 1 domain but I can not wait for your reply and turn out same problem

We need to verify if you are license owner.
Please, contact us via contact form on ThemeForest.

And provide us your license code https://themeforest.net/user/8theme .
Also, tell us what is the domain where you use our theme.

Hello,

The first code is ok. And I don’t see problems with it. But we can’t verify the second code. You need to contact with Envato support about this because they generate the code and also provide us the service to check it.

Hello,

We can’t login to your account on TF because it has verification precess if you trying to sign in from the different place. So, I suppose you should contact Envato to find out why your license is not valid!

Try to activate theme using the first code, I have increased the activation limit.
