    Hello,

    1) If you see the share as the shortcode only make sure that XStore core plugin is activated. XStore core plugin is required plugin.

    2) If you want to disable the share option go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > Show share buttons > off

    WooCommerce and our theme do not have such option. You may try some plugins, for example https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-pre-orders/ or similar, to implement this or submit customization request to WPKraken team.

    You need to create attributes (size, color etc) and use it for the variable products. How to create variable product and attributes you can find in WC plugin docs https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

    Actually, you can use YITH plugin to get invoices https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-pdf-invoice/ , it’s the free version, so any problem to use. Or have you faced some compatibility issues?

    If you can’t install theme and also default plugin (Redux or any other) because get the error during installation then you need to contact your hosting provider to fix this. You should not get any errors if you trying to install any default WP plugin.
    Once your hosting provider fixes the problem with your installation then reply back.

    Hello,

    1) Do the backup of all your files and DB. Check the widgets and make sure that you know where every widget is placed because they could be messed up after the update.
    2) If you made any changes in template files move then into child theme
    3) Use FTP method to update theme. Remove royal/woocommerce folder from old copy before this to avoid the problem with the out of date files.
    4) Go to Theme Options > activate theme using your purchase code. Skip setup wizard.

    If you want we can help you with theme update, just do steps 1-2 and then reply back to this topic and provide FTP and Dashboard access to your site.

    Hello,

    1) Provide FTP access to your site, please. We’ll check what caused this issue.
    2) We have imported slider of the default version. You can find it in the list of sliders.
    3) To add information to footer go to Appearance > Widgets and use footer and prefooter widget areas. Also, you can use Static Blocks to create footer with columns and then add it to your footer using 8theme Static Block widget.

    1) Problem is not related to our theme because if you enable official WooCommerce theme Storefront you’ll see the same http://prntscr.com/jcoxyu
    Your problem caused by Woocommerce Role Pricing plugin. When the plugin is deactivated everything works fine with any theme. So, contact plugin author to solve the issue.

    Sorry for the delay in answering. Have you installed and activated all the required plugins (Appearance > Install Plugins)? https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/

    Looks that WPBakery page builder is not installed or activated but you have the code of that plugin on that page and got the fatal error.

    Why can’t you install theme via Dashboard? Does your server meet theme requirements, notably upload_max_filesize: 20M, or greater? https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

    Also, we can help you with theme and version installation if you provide Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

    Please, provide me access to site where you are using our theme.
    This theme x-Store https://www.preciousthemes.com/downloads/x-store/ is not our theme, author of that theme is Precious Themes http://prntscr.com/jcorei .

    We are authors of XStore theme https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 And these are 2 different themes.

    Hello,

    The current version of theme has search by title, description and SKU (if enabled in theme options). You can find code in xstore/framework/theme-functions.php , global search results http://prntscr.com/jbxerz and Ajax search results https://prnt.sc/jbxfbq
    But if you are using theme version 1.9 (too old version) I’m not sure that you have the search by SKU.

    We don’t have search by brand. If you want to do any changes in search results you can do this by additional customization of the search function. If you need help with this you can contact WPKraken team.
