8theme options does not work or update any new settings.
It keep showing some arrows inside the buttons and doesn’t do anything.

I ve update everything!

I can’t post it in the xstore forum

This is happened for a long time now it’s just stuck.

do you have any idea?

Hello,

You can’t create topic on the XStore Support forum because you need:
1) Extend support period.
2) Register code on My account page http://prntscr.com/jcolsg
Once you do this go to Xstore support forum, create the topic, provide us Dashboard and FTP access to your site. Also, tell us what option do you try to change? Because there are many settings in theme options? Which one does not work?

All the theme options not working, i think you ve seen that error before and you manually fix the issue.

Hello,

Theme Options works but if you use customizer you don’t see changes immediately. We’ll fix it in next theme update and can fix it for you now if you provide access to your Dashboard and FTP.

If you use cache plugin or server cache you need to clear it because system saves Theme Options into separate css file that can be cached and you won’t see changes then.
