I don't want product images to get cropped

    Hi, we have installed plugin here http://ericantigaud.abouthotelier.gr/ , when products are displaying on a category the upper and the down section of the image is missing , see here a category http://ericantigaud.abouthotelier.gr/product-category/woman/ , the first image is this http://ericantigaud.abouthotelier.gr/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/DSC6687.jpg but it appears cropped like this http://ericantigaud.abouthotelier.gr/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/DSC6687-300×300.jpg

    Check the documentation and follow the steps to change the image size or disable crop option https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/89-product-images

    Hi, I Go to Appearance > Customize Go to Appearance > Customize but it doesn’t load, there is just a blank page, also we noticed that in visual composer the “text block” element doesn’t work, it just shows is loading and nothing happens.

    Hello,

    Because you use old versions of theme and plugins, settings of images can be found in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/
    I do not see the problem with “text block” – http://prntscr.com/jeq4ci
    Also, ask your hosting provider support to increase the following PHP settings:
    – post_max_size to 64M;
    – upload_max_filesize to 64M

    I updated everything, changed – post_max_size to 64M & – upload_max_filesize to 64M and everything is working fine now, thanks

    Hi again, a problem occured again although it was ok until yesterday, in visual composer the “text block” element doesn’t work, it just shows is loading and nothing happens.
    Everything is updated , – post_max_size is 64M & – upload_max_filesize is 64M
    it was fixed but now it occured again

    I also use chrome 66.0.3359.181 (64-bit)
    but I still cannot edit a text block it’s just loading & doing nothing

    I use the same browser version, but do not face the problem on your site http://prntscr.com/jmfjqw Please try to disable additional browser extensions or edit the page from another computer. Also, check your internet connection.

    We tried on several PCs and on clean (from extensions) chrome but still the same problem.

    Inspect the page, check if you have any errors in console. Try another browser. Do you have the same problem?
