    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in answering.
    We have removed the min-width default styles for the product images. If the original image is 350×350 we can’t zoom in it and make 350×450 without losing quality. If you want to manage the size of the imported images it would be better to contact the plugin author and ask if they have any solutions to make all the images the same size.

    Hello,

    1) If you want to hide page title and breadcrumbs for the category page only and use bg image you can upload the image for the heading in category settings and add the following code to custom CSS or child theme style.css
    .tax-product_cat .page-heading > .container {display: none;}

    2) Exclude wp-content/uploads/xstore/options-style.min.css from Cloudflare cache or enable CloudFlare only when you finish the site. Because Theme Options styles won’t work as it should. Besides, don’t enable CloudFlare minification because as a rule, it causes some issues with the CSS styles.

    Hello,

    2) Looks that this is Revolution Slider bug. We can see button bg in Chrome but it disappears in FF once you hover and it happens even with the default theme http://prntscr.com/k74fvg
    We don’t have the solution for this. We have added the custom class for the button “button-bg” and added custom CSS to add the bg and then it works. If you want to make it work without it you need to contact plugin author and ask to fix the issue, we can do nothing with plugin bug.

    3) I don’t see any checkbox even when the default WP theme is activated. I think you need to contact plugin author to make sure that it works for the comment section if the user is already logged in.

    Hello,

    Seems that you did some changes not just in the child theme but in parent theme files. Once we installed the original version of the parent theme one-page navigation works ok. We did not remove your version of parent theme and you can find it with the changed name royal_old.

    Hello,

    Looks that your server has the limit for other countries and allows to check your Dashboard only if we use Spain VPN.

    You are using the very old version of the WooPress theme – 2.8 (current version on ThemeForest is 4.4) and post excerpt option work only with more tag only https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/

    So, either use more tag to split content http://prntscr.com/k70gfy or update the theme and all the included plugins to the latest version and then you’ll we able to set excerpt length via ThemeOptions http://prntscr.com/k70gvv

    Hello,

    By default Instagram API returns following standard image resolutions
    thumbnail (150 x 150)
    low_resolution (320 x 320)
    standard resolution (640 x 640)
    undocumented large image (1080 x 1080)
    We use thumbnail, standard resolution and large image http://prntscr.com/k6zo6b
    If you provide FTP and Dashboard access we can also add low_resolution (320 x 320) but then Instagram images will be blurred on the large screens because image block is bigger http://prntscr.com/k6zouy

    Hello,

    1) What version of PHP do you use?
    2) The user that you created to login to Dashboard does not have admin permissions and I can’t check Backend options and third-party plugins that you use that also could be the reason of some errors from your list like “id was called incorrectly. Product properties should not be accessed directly”. So, please, give us admin permissions to find the reason of the errors.

    2) There is parallax effect on the demo https://gyazo.com/701fce71c9668d78996432df5f55805b But we have changed it to default one instead of using glitch effect from Ultimate Addons plugin.
    Also, we have provided you the solution to get parallax effect similar to what Ultimate Addons has https://www.8theme.com/topic/royal-site-parallax-banners/ Have you tried it?
    If you prefer UA option then you need contact plugin developers and ask to fix, we can’t fix plugin bug, we are able to fix only issues if they are related to theme files.

    Hello,

    1) Do you have any server cache? Can you, please, provide me temporary FTP access to your site to check problem with the saving of theme options in more details.

    2) There is no need to set the main breadcrumbs image in Theme Options to get in on the simple pages. If you want to show breadcrumbs for any simple page (even if breadcrumbs are disabled in global settings) edit the page, scroll down to 8Theme Layout Options and enable breadcrumbs http://prntscr.com/k6yvyf + upload page featured image to get breadcrumbs image. There are some problems with this on your site because the global options do not save in the correct way. So, once we get your answer about server cache and FTP we’ll be able to check and fix the problem.

    3) You set font size 0 http://prntscr.com/k6yr98 that’s why you don’t have breadcrumbs.

    Hello,

    1) WinRaR error is related to empty space in the folder title of the photographer folders. We’ll fix it for the XML files also.

    2) What version of PHP do you use on your server? MIn required version is 5.6 https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
    I suppose you are using 5.2.

    Hello,

    Looks that problem was related to old version of the theme and some changes in template files. We have updated theme to new version and we don’t see the problem with WC elements. Seems that you use server cache, please, clear cache because we have updated theme and all the files should be updated.

    Hello,

    You are using Bootstrap Tabs plugin that disables bootstrap file in our theme, it caused the issue with menu toggle because the style was missing. We have added the following code in custom CSS:

    .navbar-toggle .icon-bar {
        display: block;
    }

    Fixed. Changes in header.php file. You have copied many files into child theme. I would recommend you to check your child theme files and compare them with the latest version files and add the necessary changes to child theme files.

    Hello,

    You are welcome. Nope, I have logged to your account and disabled Maintenance plugins for a sec to check the problem previous time. And everything worked fine. Then you replied that it still does not work for you. I opened Dashboard and My account page and find that I can see the page but plugins are enabled and the problem really persists. And I found out that the problem is related to one of these 2 plugins.

    Hello,

    WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer in past) and Visual Composer (today) are 2 different plugins https://visualcomposer.io/docs/faq/visual-composer-website-builder-vs-wpbakery-page-builder/ . TheLeader comes bundled with WPBakery and we did not test it with the new Visual Composer.

    If you get 500 error then some fatal error probably appeared. Enable WP debug to check what the error happened.

    Hello,

    This issue is the known problem for those who updated WP to version 4.9.x and used the old version of Massive Addons plugin (2.2) https://www.8theme.com/topic/vc-info-box-settings-unable-to-set-colour-setting-in-advanced-view/#post-182507 . So, make sure that you are using MA plugin 2.3.3 and cleared the browser cache because if you updated plugin and did not cleared cache you still see this issue.
    You can use https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn?hl=en to clear cache for the Chrome browser. Let me know about the results.
