Hello,

1. Unfortunately, I can’t login to check your settings. Please check credentials.
2. Make sure that the logo image is available in your media library.
3. Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins.

Hi Rose,

Thanks for coming back.

I have tried to login with the credentials provided and successfully. Can you see two full-stops after the password. Also checked the media and the logos are there.

Thank you very much rose, much appreciated.

The only issue we have now, is the background parallax banners as per the screenshots in the private content, do you know what sizes they should be so we can double check, maybe we make new ones in photoshop to see if this resolves the problem.

Looks that Parallax issue is related to Ultimate Addons plugin bug. Try Move with content instead of Fixed option http://prntscr.com/jw7x71

This is the Ultimate Addons plugin specific issue, so, unfortunately, can’t be fixed from our side.

We’ve sent new versions of plugins to your registration email. Please let us know if the problem will be solved after update of plugins.

With the WPBakery page builder it keeps asking us for a product license number. Could you help.

Hello,

It will ask you about the license number, but you can ignore the message. All the premium plugins included in our theme are external and we have the right to build them into our theme as we purchase the Extended License for each of these plugins. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case you need this features you will need to purchase and register the plugin. This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest.

I will create a report for this problem and forward this to our developers for a review. I can’t say whether this will be fixed, but I will be sure to bring it to our developers attention for you.

Thank you Rose, much appreciated. Hope they can sort out the glitch as even on the demo site, they’ve now anchored the parallax slider.

Also, another thing. as we have purchased the Royal Theme, can we use the theme for another website we are in the process of designing?

Hello,

You can use 1 license of our theme on 1 dev site and 1 live site. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
If you want to use our theme for more than 1 project you need to buy the individual license (on ThemeForest) for every project.

Hello,

We’ve checked the problem with parallax. This issue relates to Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin and can’t be fixed form our side.
As a workaround, you can achieve the desired result effect using custom css code. Please disable parallax in settings of your row then set – http://prntscr.com/k37ufl + http://prntscr.com/k37uk8 + http://prntscr.com/k37ups
