How to remove Language - by Monique - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi there,

    Firstly – I would like to remove the different languages that are displaying next to the main menu on our site. At the moment we are starting with a test site and then transferring everything over to the domain to go live.

    Secondly – in the left side bar where it says “Shop by Departments” on your demo it displays the menu boxed in the colour red? But you will see it doesnt display the same here.

    Please can you have a look at this for me.

    Hello,

    1. I’ve added empty Text widget – http://prntscr.com/kslijq to remove the default demo content.
    2. Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css:

    .category-1 .product-categories h2 {
        background-color: #e5534c;
        padding: 20px 15px;
        color: #FFF;
        font-size: 16px;
        text-align: center;
        margin-bottom: 0px;
    }
    .category-1 .product-categories {
        border: 2px solid #e5534c;
    }
    .category-1 .product-categories li > a {
        padding: 17px 0;
        padding-left: 20px !important;
    }

    Hi Rose,

    I’m not sure whats going on but when trying to edit something on a page in the backend, nothing loads. I would love to send a snapshot for you to see, but theres no option here for that.

    So example, backend of the homepage. if you Banner (shoes) to open and edit, nothing opens? It’s blank?

    I hope this makes sense.

    Hello,

    Please update Ultimate Addons for WPBakery page builder plugin to 3.16.25 version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (to update the plugin, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugin folder into wp-content/plugins/).
    Let us know the result.

    Hello,

    Please check if this issue persists only with our theme only or with a default theme too.

    I have just checked, it seems like it’s only your theme

    But you can double check if you need to, its on a test domain at the moment

    Hi there,

    Yes sure no problem.

    the website is on our test sub domain test.shiftdigital.co.za , you will find the Shado website there.

    Regarding the error logs there is nothing to download as I keep getting “There are no error logs for shiftdigital.co.za”

    Please let me know if there is anything else you need.

    Hello,

    Seems it was PHP Memory problem. We have increased memory limit using wp-config file and now editor works ok. Check, please.

    Hi there,

    For a product, when selecting a different colour “shoe” for example,does your theme have the feature of changing the featured image to the colour of the shoe selected?

    So if the colour Pink is selected, the image of the shoe will change to the pink option for the customer to view?

    I hope this makes sense?

    hod do i remove language – i have read the above and doesnt apply to me, would like to remove language and replace it with something else!
