Unsave fields when page refresged - by eddy_26

hello,

when I click on button add to shopping cart and don´t fill one of the required fields, the page will reload with a message “this field is required” but all the fields I filled out did not save.. and I have to fill them again ?

Extra product options plugin author wrote: “I’m sorry but the Redux Framework plugin negates the plugin functionality to have the values you posted saved. There isn’t anything I can do about it I’m afraid. If you disable it you will that it works like you want it.”

Redux plugin author wrote: “Please contact the author of the theme for support as we do not support actual theme users. We have no way to know how theme authors implement our code. Good luck.”

can u help me pls? 🙁

Hello,

The password is incorrect. Please, provide us with the correct pass and also FTP access to your site and we’ll check if we can solve this issue.

Hello,

If you want to use this plugin keep option “AJAX add to cart for simple products” disabled (Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product).
