Provide FTP access to your site, please. We’ll check the reason of the error. We tried to update WPBakery page builder to make sure that out of date version of included plugins are not the reason of your problem but seems something goes wrong, Dashboard is locked. But don’t worry, we’ll fix it once get the FTP.

Hello,
If your site is not multilingual you just need to go to Theme Options > Header > Header Layout > Mini cart banner content and just change the text to what you need (translate it). If you use WPML to create multilingual site then you should find this text in String translator. Provide Dashboard and FTP access to your site if it does not work.

Hello,
If you use some attribute for the some products then you’ll see the list of filters on the category only if that category has products with these attributes. If the Security alarms category does not have products with the resolution attribute you won’t see the Attribute filter by resolution. You can check this on our Wedding demo where dresses have the size attribute http://prntscr.com/lt6mz9 but don’t have colors, and flowers have color http://prntscr.com/lt6n6f but don’t have size. Widgets filter area includes all the attributes http://prntscr.com/lt6nz5
You did not send me the error log file. Anyway, I have disabled the XStore theme, disabled XStore core plugin and enabled the Downloads plugin and also got the 500 error. So, I don’t think that our theme is the reason of this issue. Contact plugin author to find out why of moves site down.

Hello,
1) Is “Show hierarchy” option enabled in widget settings? Disable it and keep enabled option “Only show children of the current category”. Check the category page after that.
1) If you want to show only subcategories of the current category then enable option “Only show children of the current category”, this is default WC option for the categories widget. But keep in mind that this widget is the list of categories, it’s not the filer widget! To show list of categories and filter by category is a little bit different things especially if you want to combinate it with other filter widgets.
2) By default color swatch widget displays all the colors
But this is a good suggestion to show only colors available for the current category. I’ll pass this task to our developers to improve it. They will be able to check on Monday. Provide FTP access to your site to implement it for you once they finish.

Hello,
This is not the bug. Our theme comes with built-in option Brands (Theme Options > Shop Elements > Brands). But you have also installed the WooCommerce Brands plugin. That’s why you got 2 brands options for the products. Either disable plugin or our brands feature in Theme Options.

That problem is caused by the Polylang plugin. Our developers will check why that plugin affects that option.

So, not only theme is the reason of the low results.
2) Follow our instructions, please. We recommended you to disable third-party plugins that you don’t use but you did not do that. Every additional plugin (even if you don’t use it!) load their scripts and styles, every additional script and style file slow down the site a little bit.
I found that you kept Subscriptio plugin for the WC subscription, Smart Product plugin to create 360 degrees product, Infinite loading plugin to implement lazy loading for the woocommerce products on the shop page but I assume if you still have not changed the default options to make it work in the right way then you don’t plan to use them. We suggested you using cache plugin but you also did not do that. I have installed it and the results are better little bit. So, proceed with the next steps.
What version of WPBakery do you use? The latest version of the editor should work fine with the WP 5.0. You should have the options to use Gutenberg or WPBakery editor http://prntscr.com/lsb0ec
If you are using the latest version of WPBakery describe in more details what problems do you have?

Hello,
1) The first link that you provided does not work, seems you removed the brand.
Product Categories widget is the default WooCommerce plugin widget, this is not our widget! Product Categories widget displays the list of all the categories http://prntscr.com/lsargq if you chose the option “Only show children of the current category” then it should display subcategories of the current category only. Neither WooCommerce nor XStore has filter by category. If you want to have filter by category you should look for additional filter plugin.
2) I don’t see any widget in the sidebar. What other widget does not work? I have checked the attributes filter widget and it works http://prntscr.com/lsav8q Could you describe in more details your actions to reproduce the issue?
