Hi. I want to use [8theme] Products element.It shows all products and categories well but Categories or tags section not working. I want to show custom categories. Please help

Thank you. I know this but the problem is that when i write any category name nothing appears.

Do you use the latest version of Core plugin (1.1.7)? https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Please provide temporary wp-admin access so I can take a closer look.

1) Please set for the user – administrator role so I can see categories of products and Plugins section http://prntscr.com/lrw517
2) Try to enter names, not ids, here – http://prntscr.com/lrw67j

Thank you 🙂 You have fixed now products are appears when i write category ids as taxonomies in code manually . But again when i enter category name nothing appears.I wish you will fix it in next updates. Thank you again 🙂

That problem is caused by the Polylang plugin. Our developers will check why that plugin affects that option.
