This is the default content if the widgets area is empty. Either edit the page and choose Without sidebar in 8theme page Options > Sidebar position. Or go to Appearance > Widgets > add the empty text widget to Main widget area if you want to keep sidebar but just clear that area.

Try to install and change the default WP login page using WPS Hide Login plugin. I suppose that problem could be related to default WP registration, not with the custom one. Changes of the default login page helped for a few users to prevent spam registrations. Let me know if it helps to you.

1) Add the correct footer to Appearance > Widgets > Footer http://prntscr.com/o7wzvt to apply it for all the pages including Products.
2) Additional custom block in Product options http://prntscr.com/o7x6fa is the block that appears below the product tabs to allow the store owner to add the advanced description or any promo information for the products, it’s now the footer!
