URGENT – updated and now home page is gone

I’ve updated, the home page now looks like this: https://prnt.sc/o6vfh2

how can I fix this quickly so I don’t have to revert to backups?

Updating the plugins from your download section has fixed the slider but the grid is still not working:

Hello,

Why do you use out of date XStore Core plugin http://prntscr.com/o6vuuf
Remove plugin and install the correct version (1.2.3 http://prntscr.com/o6vxc6 ) from Appearance > Install plugins.
Let me know if you still have problem after that. If yes, then provide Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

This is really strange, I downloaded that plugin from your site and it fixed the slider. When I look now it seems I downloaded et-core-plugin-23.zip instead. No idea what that means. Anyway, thanks for working it out for me.

There’s another issue still but it looks seperate so I’ve opened a new ticket here:

Have you cleared cache after the update?
Create a new topic https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ and provide FTP access.
