What version of parent theme do you use? The latest version of Royal theme includes reCaptcha for the user registration. If you use the previous version we would recommend you to update theme and check if it helps. Of course, update the staging site first and only if everything is ok then update the production site.

Before we replied you back everything was ok, only captcha keys were missing. Logo and menu were ok.
Now we don’t see any site following your link. Have you completely removed the store?

Could you please try to add the Captcha keys and see whether something goes wrong for you too?
I have added the keys and saved settings and don’t see the problem with the site.
Could you, please, clear the CDN cache and also tell me did you create reCaptcha v2 or v3? Because or theme support v2 only and won’t work with the v3 keys.
