Hello,

Check the product gallery http://prntscr.com/o6c4ie Slider on hover displays the gallery images. If this does not help then provide link to your site and temporary Dashboard access to your site. Unfortunately, we can’t give a helpful and clear solution for this problem by screenshot only.

Hello,

Yes, jetpack plugin could be the reason of the problem. If you use the third-party plugins that do not support minification options of the jetpack plugin it generates the js errors and causes issue. In this case we would recommend to keep plugin disabled.
