To get the Ajax pagination install and activate the WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin (Appearance > Install plugins), go to plugin settings and follow the documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/

Unfortunately, there is no option to enable Ajax for the view mode on the shop grid.

2) You did not install and activated the Contact Form 7 plugin that’s why you don’t have the contact form. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins > Install and activate the Contact Form 7 plugin. Try to re-import the page again to import the form or provide Dashboard access and we’ll help you with this.

Hello,

Yes, I’m talking about WP user with admin permission to allow us to check the WP and theme settings and find out why you still have the image in the breadcrumbs area if you tell me that you don’t use it for the page. You can create a temporary user and remove it once we fix the problem. Use Private content area to provide private information (username, password).

There is no such option in WooCommerce plugin or our theme by default. You may look for a third-party plugin that allows you to implement this or order additional customization.

Sorry, but why do you contact theme support if out of date files come from plugin woo-variation-gallery (check the path to files)? Contact plugin support to fix it. Theme support is able to help only with issues related strictly to theme, not to third-party plugins.

Still the same, if we ping your site we get 100.0% packet loss.
To activate theme your server should send the request to our server, our server checks the request and send the response. So, make sure that your hosting:
1. Allows http/https outgoing connects
2. 136.243.62.35 availability from your source IP address.

1) It’s hardcoded in files and you can change it either editing the files or using translation. The translation is the better and easiest way.

Hello,

1) Simple products have the option “Ajax add to cart” that you can ON/OFF in Theme Options > Single product. Variable products do not have such option, that’s why the page is reloaded after adding to cart and displays info message. If you disable “Ajax add to cart” option for the simple products you will get the same message after adding to cart.

2) It’s because of the lazy loading for the Products element. Try to increase the server max execution time to 60, probably the exiting limit is not enough to get and display the element content.
Or edit page, edit the 8theme – Products element and disable Lazy Loading for the element.

3), 4) Our theme includes the brand taxonomy with the same slug http://prntscr.com/oql80a And you also created a brand attribute with the brand slug, it caused the issue. We have changed the brand slug to brands and filter works fine now.

1) To keep changes in safe after theme update do all the changes in child theme files https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/

Copy xstore/woocommerce/content-product.php and xstore/woocommerce/content-product-slider.php to your child theme and edit according to your needs. If you need help with this you can submit customization request here. Unfortunately, additional customization is outside the scope of our support, theme support team can help you only with existing options.

2) WordPress does not have the option to rate posts. You may try to look for additional plugins or submit customization request and hire a developer to implement this.

1) If their support answered you that they don’t have that message in WooCommerce plugin files it only means that they don’t know their product and even don’t want to make a search before the answer to the customer. I have clearly explained to you what files of WooCommerce plugin include that text. Did you provide them this screenshot https://prnt.sc/oozg6y ? Did you check the screenshot by yourself to send proofs to support member?
You may download the WooCommerce plugin archive from the official site, extract it and open files mentioned on the screenshot and search for the text that you are talking about.
Also, you may enable any default theme and check the checkout page and you’ll get the same message.
Provide us with link to your topic to WooCommerce support.

2) Besides whilst and while are synonymous. http://prntscr.com/oqeu53 but if you want to change it you can use woocommerce translation files.

If you did not make any changes directly in parent theme files then you won’t lose anything.
Make sure that your translation files are located in wp-content/languages/themes folder and not in wp-content/themes/xstore/languages.
