Hi there,

I’m currently unable to access Plugins in Theme Settings Xstore Dashboard

I am getting the following message: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page

Please help thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
It could be 3 reasons for the problem:
1) You did not activate theme using the purchase code
2) Conflict with some third-party plugin that you also installed that change the link to the plugins installation page. Do you have access to Appearance > Install Plugins?
3) Your user has limited permissions
If it does not help provide me temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check.

Also, you can download required plugins from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and install them manually.

Hi Rose,

Thanks for you quick response!

1) I have pasted my purchase code in the private content area for you so we can rule that out.

2) I don’t have access to the Appearance > Install Plugins. However when I disable the Redux Framework Plugin I am able to access it. So I suspect that is where the conflict is.

3) I am an admin user on the site so I doubt this is the issue.

When I disable the Redux Framework plugin it says it is required so what should I do?
Do you still need access to the Dashboard/FTP?
