Oh, I see. I thought you talked about sticky filter button that will follow you on scroll.
If you want just to get the Filters button as on our demo go to Appearance > Widgets > add the necessary widgets to Shop filters area http://prntscr.com/p770fg
To disable sidebar go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout http://prntscr.com/p771w6
To open/close filters area by default use option http://prntscr.com/p7731f

Hello,

You can manage the mobile menu from the Appearance > Menus > edit the menu that you set as the mobile. You will have there only those items and subitems you add there.

If you want to get the Load more button on the home page use the WPBakery products element and use the display type Grid and Lazy Load button navigation http://prntscr.com/p76bti
If you want to get the Load more button on the shop/product category page then install WooCommerce Infinite scroll plugin and edit settings according to theme documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/

Portfolio page is the archive page like Shop page of the WooCommerce plugin and there is no way to create few portfolio pages. We could try to add the WPBakery element that will show the Portfolio projects by categories. Will it be suitable for you?

1) I have passed your request to our developers. But I have to say that they are working on header builder for the XStore theme and won’t be able to start improvements of the WordPress before finish the builder.

2), 3) Why don’t you add the portfolio category to menu http://prntscr.com/p6u60h ? Why do you need the separate pages?

Do you use the same version of our theme on the other site – 6.0.2?
Tell the hosting support that if you go to Appearance > Customize > you got the forbidden page https://prnt.sc/p5ndib Ask them to check the server limits that block the customizer request https://prnt.sc/p5ndib .

We would like to help you but we don’t see any PHP errors or something that could guide us why your site requires such a lot of resources.
We found Slow queries from the Subscriptio plugin https://prnt.sc/p6tr89 Do you have products with the subscriptions? Do you use that plugin or keep that plugin just in case? If you don’t use the functionality of the plugin then disable it.
Also, could you contact your hosting provider and ask them if they have any detailed reports what requests (from what plugins or theme requests) cause such problem with your memory because we don’t have an idea what could be the reason of that problem. We want to help you but checked theme options and don’t have an idea why this happens. We are ready even to give you refund if you think that our theme is the main problem of this.

1) To change the color of the links go to Theme Options > Typography > Menu > 1st level and 3-d level & drop-downs hover color https://gyazo.com/53e339cc2418177aa9a16fa4f99e0bee
To change the bg color go to Theme Options > Header > Menu styling > Dropdown Links Background Color

2) There is no such styles in our theme. You can customize tabs styles using custom CSS if you have CSS skills or Yellow pencil plugin (bundled plugin) of you don’t have CSS skills.
