Can not activate demo theme - by Daniel Dan

Hi,

I am trying to activate the electronics demo version on my website but with no success. It says that it’s activated but when I check the website the default theme is still there.

Also, the purchase code does not work when I add it.

Hello,

Probably the problem is related to some permission of your server because we found that we can’t even open the ThemeOptions in customizer because get 403 page. We use Kirki plugin to implement theme options for our theme and bg field of this plugin is the reason of the 403 page. We created the request to plugin author about this problem https://github.com/aristath/kirki/issues/2256 , waiting for his answer.
Sorry for this inconvenience. Looks it’s some conflict between Kirki framework and server permissions.

We’ll inform you once get the answer.

Follow the link, the author did not give any answer.
Could you, please, contact your hosting provider and ask if they could check the permissions because seems some requests are locked http://prntscr.com/p5ndib from their side?

Hello,

Do you use the same version of our theme on the other site – 6.0.2?
Tell the hosting support that if you go to Appearance > Customize > you got the forbidden page https://prnt.sc/p5ndib Ask them to check the server limits that block the customizer request https://prnt.sc/p5ndib .
