hello, please help me to go from default header to header builder new without losing the menu and all the configurations.

Hello,

We’ll be able to help you with the migration from default header to header builder but you need to solve a problem with Customizer mode on your site. Once we go to Appearance > Customize or XStore > Theme Options we get 403 page https://prnt.sc/pbo6fx with the locked request, can’t build the header because of this. Could you, please, contact your hosting support to unlock customizer functionality and ask them why this request is locked? Would be grateful if you provide us their answer. We are interested to avoid this problem with other users in the future and need to study what requests and why are blocked and improve them if possible.

Hello,

1) I see. Would you be so kind as to describe in more details what requests were blocked by the firewall and the reasons why it was done? Maybe you have any useful information in the server logs. Because we faced one more user with the same issue and have some feeling that new uses will appear. We don’t have such issue on our installations, so, can’t find out with the errors without your assistance.

2) Provide us with FTP access to your site to update theme and core plugin to the latest version where some errors of the header builder were fixed. When we tried to update the theme using autoupdate we stacked with maintenance mode.

the problem was from the host firewall, they did not give the host more details, and they asked me to unlock for a day so we could make these changes

Hello,

Problem is that you won’t be able to use the live editor of theme options and it’s a problem. So, could you explain them the situation and ask to provide more detailed information to allow the developer to fix the issue and to avoid blocking. I don’t think that it’s very difficult for them to provide you screenshot of logs or something that helps us to understand the reason of this blocking.

I want to know if the problem of this menu header builder new can be solved, my host can’t do anything about it.
my host unlocked my firewall site to be able to make changes to this header builder new, and still can’t do anything? I have been sitting and writing for this header builder for 3 days, can’t it really be solved?

Hello,

We have built header using header builder, check, please.
We need an answer from your hosting provider with detailed information about locked requests not just to unlock builder but to allow you to use other options of the customizer and live edit http://prntscr.com/pc419z , understand? In other cases, these options will be locked for you once they enable the firewall again and we don’t have backend option anymore, all the settings were moved to the customizer. Maybe tell us what hosting provider do you use? We’ll try to contact them if you feel some inconvenience asking them these questions.
