Do you use the default header or header created by header builder?
If you use the default header you can just hide that popup, add the following code to child theme style.css

.cart-popup-container {
    display: none;
}

If you use header builder edit the cart element and disable drop-down via cart element settings.

1) We have updated theme to latest version and don’t see any problems with the additional information tab. So, probably you made some changes in template files that caused this issue.
3) You have a lot of variations. We would recommend you to disable variation swatches on grid http://prntscr.com/pdi8zv it will reduce the number of requests for pages where you display products and speed up the site. Also, we have installed cache plugin.

Look, if you want to implement 2 or more languages for your site you need an additional plugin that allows you to translate not just theme/plugin hardcoded text like add to cart, return to previous page etc but allows you to translate site content like products, posts, pages and switch between them, manage sales no matter what language use your clients. We mentioned the list of available plugins to implement this or try googling other plugins if you want.
In case you just need to translate your site to 1 other than English language then Loco Translate plugin will be enough.

Now if we enable the variation swatches option everything is ok, there is no problem with product editing. We have created test products and changed type of your variations http://prntscr.com/pcwx2u if you prefer the different type of variation swatches or want to change it back to select just edit the attribute and change type back.
Also, if you want to disable variation swatches for the grid don’t hide it using display:none http://prntscr.com/pcwuvp disable it using Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) -> Shop elements -> Variation swatches https://prnt.sc/pcwvpp
