We set all the possible speed optimization settings that our theme has. We don’t have any other options to speed up the site from the theme side.
So, contact server support and WordPress support and ask if they have any tools or recommendations to get better performance. Because we can do nothing from our side, unfortunately. If you are not satisfied with the theme speed we could only offer you a refund.

Theme does not require that plugin. So, if you don’t use the functionality of that plugin you can remove that.

Hello,
XStore core plugin includes all the builder elements, Theme Options etc. It can’t be disabled because it’s part of theme. It’s possible to speed up the site using cache plugin, lazy load for some elements, images optimization. Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access and we’ll take a closer look at your optimization settings?

I have created an example of the mega menu. Check the static block content if you need and you can use that as the template example.
We don’t have the option to change the color of the variations label. So, it’s possible to change only by custom CSS.

Default WooCommerce importer does not have that because brand option is not the default WooCommerce option, it’s custom post type of the XStore theme. Use All In one import plugin to import products with brands.

We can’t give you a fix if we don’t see the problem. So, contact us once you get the issue to allow us to inspect the titles and find out what gives you the problem.
We have updated your staging site. It has everything that you need. Does that work ok for you? If yes then just move the themes and plugins folder from the staging site to production and after that import Theme Options > Import/Export from the staging site to the production site to update that.
