Watch this video tutorial https://youtu.be/f07MBdnFPfk but instead of the WPBakery use Elementor to edit Static block and create mega menu layout.

Already i created a static block now what needs to assign? should I assign it from theme options or in menu options from appearance?

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Menus > edit your menu and choose the Static block in the first level item options https://prnt.sc/26rckal and don’t forget to choose the mega menu type in these settings.
